Add native Didar connectors so chats can query CRM data reliably.

Connector calls, semantic rules, and DuckDB memory keep long runs stable, and stream retry stops chats from stalling.

Track engine model packages so chat can start.

A bare models ignore rule left the Python packages out of git, so the deployed image failed while importing kamidso.engine.serve.rag.models.
